Tuesday - Endurance

90 min run easy pace (keep HR 80% MHR)
15 pull-ups
25 push-ups
30 sec on 10 sec off core; rotate front, left, right side 4x through

    90 min: 9.45m, 1265cal, 172avg bpm

    Pull-ups: 8-7 = 15reps
    Push-ups: 30-20 = 50reps
    ball sit-ups: 20 front, 10 each side, 10 front
    Core bridge- 3 sets (forgot one, damn)
