Tuesday - Endurance
90 min run easy pace (keep HR 80% MHR) 15 pull-ups 25 push-ups 30 sec on 10 sec off core; rotate front, left, right side 4x through
For some reason I can make no run "easy"

ball sit-ups: 20 front, 10 each side, 10 front
Core bridge- 3 sets (forgot one, damn)
