It's been a while since I last posted a WOD on here since I started running CrossFit Costa Mesa, but I thought that I would use this blog to keep track of my progress. I am caught in "no mans land" between tech and old school. I want to have everything in the cloud, so I am making a little effort to do that now.

Todays WOD was
Push Press 89# (10kg)
SDHP 89#
Squat Jumps
21-15-9
For time
then:
Pull ups
Push-ups
Deadlift 80#
21-15-9
For time

I am starting to question the usefulness of the 21-15-9 scheme. I wonder if it should be more in line with a specified goal. >20 reps, muscle endurance, 1-4 reps at 75-90% 1 RM, etc.
