This one was pretty ugly. I got it from Navyseals.com, although they did 50 thrusters and 50 pull ups in the send half. I think the biggest factor in the workout for me was the amount of carbs I ate before the WOD. I am taking Robb Wolf's advice and moving 50% of my carbs post-WOD but I think I was way short of 50% leading up to the WOD and it showed in my performance. I remember reading that if there's no glucose you will suck at workouts that require glucose. Seems pretty reasonable.
