Power-Endurance

Warm Up:

10 Back ext

Then:

400m Run
21x Kb Swings 53#
12x pull ups
3 Rounds for Time

I went 9:12 today. I used butterfly pull ups and that made a huge difference in my time. I think that I will try to not use butterfly pull ups when I do my workouts and save it for test days or fun days. They seem to be so much faster I wonder about how much force is actually required when doing them. Momentum and inertia seem to do most of the work which surprises me because if CrossFit is all about work capacity and watts, we should not be doing things that create less work for us like using momentum. Maybe my understanding of the physics is limited and I'm coming to a false conclusion...no idea, no time to research to find out.
