Notes: My clean max before this was 193. I think that I could hit a new max based on this workout. My clean is pretty weak though. I have such a long way to come back from my injuries it's disheartening. The problem I'm having right now is finding the exercises to put together for the daily workout. Structuring the macro is pretty basic, but choosing exercises and reps/sets is not as straight forward as just reading it off a website...Gotta keep going.
