Today was another double day with the AM devoted to Endurance work and the PM devoted to the cyclical emphasis. This month is a Power-Endurance month, but with taking 3 weeks off and the holiday upon us, it has been something else entirely.

I ended up doing 30 min at 2:19.9 at 15 spm; total of 6,433m, but that's pretty close to the goal.
My hands are blistered and falling apart from this massive increase in volume over the last 2 days. I can hardly grip anything, I'm looking forward to Thursday thru Sunday being off. Then back on track the following week. I am excited about the next 15 weeks programing starting on the 28th!

Compared to others in the gym tonight, I sucked really bad. Compared to myself and my personal history in the last month, it's pretty damn good. I'd like to see this be under 9:30, but that will have to be a year or so down the road.
