Strength

This morning I started my AM endurance session and realized that I'm not recovering enough and so I have decided to stop doing 2x/day workouts.  That being said, today was a strength day;

Warm Up:
light front squats
hip mobility drills

Workout:
Work up to 1RM Front Squat - 225
4x2 @ 90% Clean - 170
Work up to 1RM Push Press - 170
4x2 @ 90% Pull Up - 96#

Up tomorrow - I.W.T.  One of my favorite workout protocols.
