Goal split of 1:47. This is my vVo2m split and it is pretty easy to hold, so I pushed things a little faster. I'm writing this way after the fact, so I can't remember what I held. I should re-test the 2k and see if that has improved. That does not sound fun at all.

Eat meat and vegetables, nuts and seeds, some fruit, little starch and no sugar. Keep intake to levels that will support exercise but not body fat.

Practice and train "the Big Five": Deadlift, clean, Front Squat, Push Jerk, and Snatch. "If it's important, do it every day." Pick heavy stuff up off the ground, lift heavy stuff overhead, and carry heavy stuff for distance or time.

Master the basics of gymnastics: pull-ups, dips, rope climb, push-ups, sit-ups, presses to handstand, pirouettes, flips, splits, and holds.

Match volume, intensity, duration, frequency to objectives. Eat with a purpose, train with a purpose, live with a purpose.
