    DNF run...had to leave for Sac. Long drive tonight up to Almanor... These workouts are revealing more than just flaws in my physical life...the mental side is getting worked on too.

    That last set was an ass kicker. Couldn't hold back on the run- went balls to the wall.

    30 minutes- 3.89 miles, 174 avg bpm
