Monday- Strength Interval
Row 2000m 15 yard squats (no weight) X 2 Super Push-ups (20#/10 each arm) Floor Sweepers (20#/10 each side) 10 Jump Burpees 4 sets
I got about half way through and had to quit due to lack of mental fortitude.
