95 pound Squat clean, 30 reps
30 Pull-ups
Run 800 meters

  1. Took a quick weigh in this morning and I am at 33" waist, 7" wrist, 180#. This puts me at 12% body fat according to the charts on Zoneliving.com

    Dropped 1% since Oct. Pretty good at this point. I need to drop more carbs and kick up the fat.

    And this week hasn't been real consistent on the workouts either.
