Five rounds, each for time of:
20 Pull-ups
30 Push-ups
40 Sit-ups
50 Squats

Rest precisely three minutes between each round.

Post time for each of five rounds to comments.

  1. Today, I felt pretty weak. W/up was a modified Oly lift kind of thing. I just did some random stuff till I felt warm; probably not the best idea.

    Cristi and I hit all 5 rounds. I felt weak the entire thing.
