Deadlift: 1 1/2 body weight
Bench press: body weight
Clean: 3/4 body weight

Set up three bars and storm through for time.

  1. I started as Rx'd...didn't end well. I was using bad form on the Cleans and strained my back. Got through the 10 rep, 9 rep, and hurt myself on the cleans of set 3 (the 8 rep monster).
