"Nicole"
Complete as many rounds in 20 minutes as you can of: Run 400 meters Max rep Pull-ups
Post number of pull-ups completed for each round to comments.
1. Warm-up: 10 Min jumprope 2. 3 rounds Snatch 3x pull-ups 10x dips 10x back extensions 10x Sit-ups 25x 3. "Nicole" I only got 10 min in and was totally spent. Smoke had something to do with it i am sure.
Reading through MM website and found some cool insights. I love his phase; earn the next meal. Tie the shoes and just keep living. Actually pretty good motto's to live by.
