Endurance

Steady State
90 min. low intensity
30 min run 6 mph
15 min cycle 114 avg watts (that's low)
15 min breathing ladder KB Swings (44#)
15 min eliptical machine (yeah, I used that thing...they didn't have a versa-climber! Get off me)
5 min stair stepper (couldn't do it.)
10 min run

My mind was very hard to focus. I wanted to do 120 min, but there were people waiting on me, lots of distractions in the uber-nice facility...lots of excuses. In the end, 90 min was good enough. Thought about swimming for a bit too, that's about as far as that went though.

I kind of like doing these steady state days though, even more on a treadmill. Even though it's like a hamster I can monitor my output better than on the road and that means a lot to me right now. Not to mention I can control the elevation gain better.
