3x10 @ 30% - 70#
3x5 @ 50% - 115#
3x4 @ 60% - 135#
3x3 @ 70% - 160#
3x2 @ 80% - 180#
5x1 @ 90% - 205#
Lots of reps. Back is a little tight from Deadlifts the other day and started to feel it at the end of this one. Still taking it slower and trying to let things heal and progress slowly. I'm seeing some good gains in all aspects so far and it's only been a couple months, I hope I can find the discipline to stay on course for a full year to see how things go.
