8x 5min on 2 min off
I held about 800m on each run, which means I held about a 10 min/mile pace for 4 miles.
I was experimenting with POSE method of running and found that my feet and hip flexors are not properly conditioned for the method. Theoretically I like POSE, physically I'm not sure yet. I would like to get the book and start using some of the drills to develop the method a little more before I make any kind of judgements about it.
Tomorrow is a "cheat" day. Been looking forward to that all week! I got my stash of cookies ready to rock!
