I took an unscheduled rest day today. I feel exceptionally tired these last few days and decided that a rest day was in order. Usually I take Thursdays and Sundays off but I'll move tuesdays IWT to Thursday and hit it hard then.
The air quality is pretty shitty too and everyone is having a really hard time breathing after the workout. I wonder if the air quality is affecting sleep or something. Hard to tell.
