Strength

Today was a strength day and a little power thrown in for good measure.
Warmup: deadlifts light and easy
then:
Deadlift 4x4 @ 300#
Then:
Deadlift at 135
Handstand Pushups
21-15-9
Then:
Litvinov-Sprints
Deadlift @ 135 8x
Sprint 15m
6x
Then:
5x push ups
10x Squats
every 60" for 10 min.
