Power-Endurance

I had scheduled to do an IWT today...but I got excited about the group class WOD and decided to do it with them (there were only a couple people in today so I thought it would be ok.)

General warm up:
Then:
30-20-10 reps for time of:
Deadlift @50% (185)
Sit Up
Double Under

Time: 5:55

I was proud of this time.  I bested some of the guys who are pretty outstanding in the gym here, it made me feel good, like I was coming back.

Then:
2x15 (30/30's) Shuttle Sprints (Jingle Jangles)
7:30 rest between rounds
