shoulder mobility
leg swings, fwd, side, back
then:
work up to working load at reps of 5-10
Then:
Front Squat - 5x@65kg, 3x@75kg, max@85 (14x)
Push Press - 5x@60, 3x@70, max@80 (7x)
Chin - 5x@33kg, 3x@38kg, max@43kg (3x) - my 5RM is around 33 and 1RM at 38kg so I'm going to revise things.
Snatch - 5x@45kg, 3x@50kg, max@55 (8x)
