then:

Push Press - 5x@40kg, 3x@50kg, max@60kg (16 reps)
Chin - 5x@20kg, 3x@25kg, max@30kg (4 reps)
Snatch - 5x@30kg, 3x@ 35kg, max@40kg

Then:
Tabata Row @ 1:27/500m 6 rounds
