mobility, leg swings, hip flexor work, calf work, lower back work
then:
5 reps Front Squat 70kg
then:
mobility, etc.
Then:
Front Squat 5x@90kg; 3x@102kg; max reps @115kg (3 reps) - supports my 126 1RM theory
Push Press - 5x@70kg, 3x@80kg, max reps @90kg (4 reps) - supports 101kg 1RM
Chins - 5x @30kg, 3x@32kg, max @ 35kg (3x) - supports 36kg 1RM
Snatch - 5x@50kg, 3x@60kg, max reps @65kg (12x) - supports 90kg 1RM
