We'll call this the "Spartan Salute"

15 pull-ups (mid neck above the bar)
20 floor sweepers w 95# barbell (touch each side = 1)

100 push-ups (chest must touch ground)
50 Squats w 65# barbell (behind the neck)
15 pull-ups
