Threshold endurance day.
For the time being I am throwing in my endurance days like I would the other attributes of strength, power, power-endurance and endurance. I don't know if that is enough endurance work to really make a difference, but with my schedule it's as good as it's going to get right now. Hopefully when things settle down a bit and I don't have to work such long hours I can do my endurance work in the AM fasted.

I was shooting for distance on each 5 min round. I was shooting for 1200 yards or so but ended up doing 1000m I think. Running is difficult to track because I have a hard time with measuring intensity and distance.
