Power

First I hit my tabata set which turned out to be a little easier than previous sets.  I think it is from the day off of tabata sets yesterday and that my tolerance is getting higher, but mostly I think it's from the rest.

The set looked like this:

WOD:
Today was a power day.  Cardio power specifically.  90 sec of very high intensity that comes primarily from the card/respiratory system.

6x 250m rows
1. 1:52
2. 1:50
3. 1:45
4. 1:40
5. 1:35
6. all out.  .
250m active rest between each round at 16-18spm.  Which ended up being about a 3:00 pace for me.

This ended up being a little too easy and I think I should have done more rounds of this for a total of 4,000m or about 16 rounds total.  That would put this workout on par with NCAA D1 girls.  That's a huge jump, I know.  As it stands the total meters for this workout was only 1500m of work with 1500m active rest between each round.
