Rest Day

Sat and Sunday was a bit of an off day for me both nutritionally and training.  I planned my day poorly on Saturday and missed on opportunity to train.  Sat. night was the 10yr HS reunion in Fresno.  We left right after running the group class on Sat morning which left me no time to do my own training.  Had I planned better, I could have done it before the group class which started at 10am.

I seem to have a really tough time eating on my schedule on road trips/special occasions like these.  I guess in the macro view of things, as a percentage, these are few and far between, yet frequent enough to keep my body fat at about 13%.

My scheduled WOD was:
Snatch
OHS
Deadlift
4x4 @ 90%

Sunday I was hung over and traveling back to OC.  I let lose on the way back too.  Eating like shit for 2 days makes my entire body hurt.  Headaches, stomachache, swollen hands and feet, etc.

There is no failure, only feedback.
