Warm Up:
22 Strict Pull ups - 33 kipping - total 55 pull ups
50 strict push ups - 25 rest as needed - 75 total
Then:

150 Wall-ball Shots
Then:
10x10 Wall Squats

Learned a valuable lesson today about food timing and a reminder about sleep.
