Warm Up:

Then:
OHS - 5x@60kg, 3x@77kg (accidentally did max reps at same weight) (8x) - suggests a 1RM of 96kg!
Dip - 5x@20kg, 3x@23kg, max@26kg (11x) - suggests 35kg 1RM
Bent Row - 5x@60, 3x@70kg, max@77kg (18x) - suggests 140kg 1RM
Jerk - 5x@65kg, 3x@75kg, max@85kg (12x) - suggests 120kg 1RM

According the the NSCA charts, my suggested 1RM should be changed on all of these quite a bit.  I'm excited by these numbers and will have see when I test a true(er) 1RM later at the end of Aug.
